Wool and cotton travel clothing for nomadic spirits
The elegance of improvisation
The Louis Origine Atelier is a customization service that allows our collection models to be adapted to the specific needs of each traveler. This configurator offers the possibility to select exclusive fabrics for an existing piece, while adjusting certain key dimensions to ensure optimal comfort.
It all starts with a question of basic comfort. The first step is to determine your size based on your actual measurements. We make sure that the shoulder width is right and that the sleeve length suits your figure. This is the basis of ergonomics: a garment that you don't feel is a garment that allows you to move freely, whether you're on a layover, in a formal setting, or out walking. Once the architecture is in place, it's time to choose the materials. Here, we don't compromise with nature: we only work with fibers that can regulate your personal climate. You determine the weave of your garment by choosing the main fabric, the lining that will touch your skin, and the details that bring the whole piece together. For those who don't like to gamble on the invisible, we offer to send samples of our fabrics before any final decision is made. Touching the feel of wool or cotton, appreciating its weight and texture, is already the beginning of the journey. Once your choices have been made and the order placed, the machine stops to make way for the human touch. Louis Origine will then contact you personally. We confirm every detail, check the availability of materials, and work with you to set the production schedule. You must then agree to enter into Sentenda's time frame. Between cutting and the final stitch, it takes four to nine weeks. This is the price of care, proof that a cultural actor does not produce objects, but humbly crafts pieces that have meaning.

ovo jacket

Designed for travel, the Ovo jacket is made from wool and cotton, combining the lightness and warmth of natural fibers. Its rigorous cut is an architectural interpretation of the clean lines formed by the cracks in the ice of an alpine glacier. This piece is the expression of Swiss luxury, focusing on the value of the material and the purity of the form.

The Arithmetic of the Essential
L'Atelier is based on direct value transfer: by eliminating costs associated with inventory uncertainty and presentation logistics, we focus all added value on the nobility of the material and the precision of the craftsmanship.
The Atelier's equation is based on a direct transfer of value, free from logistical friction. By placing a firm order, you automatically eliminate the costs associated with inventory uncertainty, physical presentation, and complex distribution channels. This structural saving is not a simple discount, it is an optimization: the value that is no longer used to finance the exhibition or the risk of unsold items is transferred in full to the final price. In this flow model, value is focused exclusively on the essentials—the nobility of natural materials and the rigor of craftsmanship. By accepting the time required for production and the specific nature of a custom-made item with no right of return, you enable a smooth production process. It is a contract of transparency where you only pay for the actual work and the human support necessary to create a garment that is just right.
